10:00 AM: Sacral Charka Yoga & Somatic Movement – Awaken your divine feminine energy through fluid, expressive movement & intentional breathwork, connecting deeply with your sacral chakra; the portal of creation.
12:00 PM: Savor a nourishing lunch, followed by a grounding nature walk.
2:00 PM: Immerse yourself in a calming Reiki-Infused Meditation, which will flow into an insightful sharing circle.
