Hej 🌷 I’m Aline Nowacki ✨ a movement and wellness guide based in Luxembourg. I spend my days teaching yogaand Pilates, supporting others as a holistic health coach, and offering Reiki inviting more light into the world.

I love creating spaces where people can slow down, breathe, and reconnect; places where energy flows with ease, the body softens into its ancient wisdom, and an alchemisation process naturally unfolds. My work is rooted in a simple belief: everything is connected, and nature holds an infinite intelligence that awakens when we open ourselves to it.

I speak Luxembourgish, Danish, French, English, and German, and I’m based in Luxembourg, creating across realms ✨

Je tiens à vous remercier du fond du cœur pour toutes vos demandes, vos messages et votre confiance pour les soins énergétiques, le coaching, ainsi que les cours de yoga et de Pilates, en privé ou en groupe. Je suis très touchée et profondément reconnaissante de cet engouement et de toutes ces belles connexions humaines.
Je vais à présent me consacrer pleinement aux accompagnements et cours déjà prévus, ainsi quà ma propre évolution, afin de pouvoir vous retrouver plus tard avec une énergie renouvelée.

I want to thank you wholeheartedly for all your messages, requests, and trust in my energy healing sessions, coaching, and yoga and Pilates classes, both private and group.
I feel deeply touched and grateful for your support and for all the beautiful connections weve created together.
